Hotel Silberhorn AG - Lauterbrunnen

A few solid, labeled vegan choices. I had the coconut curry with rice and tofu. Pretty good. Not amazing, but did the trick for a nice meal. Added a little salt and pepper. We didn't have reservations and they weren't sure if they could seat us at 5:00 (hardly anyone there at that time). Could have been a staffing issue or expectations for future reservations. So, might think of stopping in earlier to make reservation before showing up.

We are here for dinner twice on our two night stay in Lauterbrunnen. It had the most vegan options on a clearly marked menu. The staff were helpful and friendly and the food was delicious. There aren’t a lot of options in town for a vegan dinner and we enjoyed it here so much we came back the second night. It’s nice to have options other than a veggie burger which seems to be the bulk of the town. I loved their lentil stew.
