Moevenpick, - Lausanne

My visit to Mövenpick Restaurant in Lausanne was nothing short of a disappointment from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was met with a frustratingly long wait at the hostess stand, even though the restaurant was nearly empty. It felt as though I was invisible until someone finally attended to me. The signature dishes I ordered, the beef tartare and Veal Zurichoise, were underwhelming, to say the least. Both lacked flavor and were disappointingly bland. Moreover, the portion sizes were incredibly small, especially given the high prices on the menu. The service left much to be desired as well. It was nearly impossible to get the attention of the staff, making the experience even more frustrating. It 's surprising that a well-known brand like Mövenpick, with strong brand recognition, would allow this branch to operate at such a disappointing level.

We had vegetarian dishes ; salads vegetarian hamburger the food was good and the service excellent and we enjoyed our food

Fantastic experience in this hotel. The location is wonderful. Reception team was great with answering my questions. The room was also great, clean and well maintained. Very nice view on the lake. Woow, the breakfast was also great and the bar has a great atmosphere and the restaurant served very good food with a large choice. What I appreciate the most, is the service , great customer service , always smiling, welcoming and a kind Word. Thank you and will come back again surely!!!!

Amazing and relaxing stay! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, with so many little attentions to make us feel welcomed (chocolate, very cute bed for my baby as well as baby soap and shampoo). The room had an incredible view and was very quiet which made us feel so relaxed, exactly what we needed. Finally the hotel is perfectly located by the lake and close to the tube to reach the city center, it was very easy to move around and discover Lausanne. We would definitely come back and recommend it!
