McDonald's Restaurant - Lausanne

Fuimos a este McDonald's con unos amigos y familiares, y tomamos unos sundays típicos, sentados en la parte exterior del local. Agradable.

The fast food restaurant offers good choices. There were customers walking in even at late hour so we felt safe eating there.

Frankly little space, funny customers, and worse organization of the service. Disappointing.

Fast service, attentive and very friendly staff. Good atmosphere and very good meal.

I ordered 4 menus and 2 sandwiches and 2 fries were missing, the sauces were not even the one ordered, and I had 2 ice teas instead of 2 cokes, frankly with all the staff on site laughing among themselves, only one person prepared my order, and we had the impression that it was the only one working, more than 55 minutes of waiting while there were only 2 people in waiting in front of me.... I contacted 3 different staff members and the 3 did absolutely nothing when my order had disappeared from the order list... The 4th grade helped me because I had to make a scandal there. And when I got home half of the order was missing. To flee !!! I don't order at all.
