Château - Lausanne

Seriously just the best pizza I've ever eaten. Must try! : It's located close to the lake and university, staff is friendly, food is delicious.

Pairing the Pedina with the Brune made for a great combination! As there aren't too many places to get a good beer in Lausanne, I often find this place packed. The staff is very friendly, which is another reason I find my way back here when visiting Lausanne.

We were meandering around the beautiful town of Lausanne on Lake Geneva and found this little gem Brasserie du Chateau. The inside is like a sweet Irish pub and we found out that its the oldest brewery in French speaking Switzerland. The beer was great an IPA and a red ale and the pizza was the best we've had in our month long trip to Europe! Definitely a FIND!

We didn't have to reserve a table at the time we went to restaurant. Thursday was the day we went on in case you were wondering. The service was great, food came within a reasonable time and they had a great variety of starters, in which we had garlic bread and a Swiss variant of Focaccia. The drinks we had were craft beers made in the in-house in the basement. Main courses were the fantastic pizzas which went well with their chilli oil as well. Would recommend this restaurant.

Food was good, servers were nice, music was a bit loud and the light was a bit bright price was okay
