What makes Le Berceau des Sens so special for the customer is the fact that students of the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne are in charge of the service (the kitchen also, but you don’t see it). Under the supervision of their teachers, they run the...place and their eagerness and lack of routine makes for a delightful moment. The dishes are top notch the chef has earned a Michelin star and the price is low; a really unfair competition for the other starred chefs in the region: they have to pay their employees, not the other way round as is the case of Le Berceau des Sens. But the customer is happy, very happy
