Copper Mine Grill - Laurel Springs

Verry clean, great food. I had the best sweet potato fries and chicken strips, and the salad was so freash and good. We came down from Blueridge Parkway, and it was well worth the drive. 5 stars deserved.

Super basic breakfast menu, and yes it is extremely well done! I am quite particular about where I eat, usually I pick places with fresh and local options. I am in no way disappointed with my meal or experience here. My brother in law is a professional chef and has worked in high end restaurants in Seattle and Asheville, etc. These eggs here are BETTER than his eggs! They could be the best I’ve ever had, and the coffee was actually yummy also! Truly a hidden gem ??

Based on other reviews I checked this grill out. The burger and fries was perfect. The employees were pleasant and worked hard while I was there.

How lucky we found this special place close by in Jefferson, NC. Our new home. I came for take out and discovered I was blissfully taken in. I ordered the Fresh fried fish and it was so crispy with the flavour melting in. I AM FROM SEAFARING NEW ENGLAND TOO FOR CRYING OUT LOUD. IT WAS THE BEST. Thank you wonderfully warm Staff. Thank you Chefs. Most importantly, thank you for being so close by to our new beautiful home. The magic is in the unexpected and I might even bring wine quietly next time. You are Something Special. We were on our road-trip but couldn’t find restroom anywhere, stopped by and asked the girls if we could use the restroom, they were very nice to us so we ordered our lunch in this restaurant and found this hidden gem! The burger was only a few bucks but it came out delicious! Very fresh everything and it’s BIG! Didn’t even have the chance to take a picture before putting it in my mouth ? Everyone pass through this place should go inside and order! I believe other food from this place is as delicious as my burger
