Sweet Frog - Laurel

I am very disappointed because today the restaurant was in terrible condition, and the customer service was the worst I have ever experienced! The cashier appeared to be unsure of what to do; when the phone rang, she answered it and left us waiting to pay. All she did was smile at the phone. I couldn't believe it—this is unacceptable! They definitely need to provide better training for their staff.

The two young employees were attentive and provided excellent customer service. The shop was spotless, and the staff promptly cleaned up any spills. There was a wide selection of frozen yogurt flavors and toppings. Additionally, there was an adorable section featuring Sweet Frog merchandise. Overall, I had a fantastic experience.

The prices here are surprisingly high, so be ready for that! That said, I really enjoy this place, though I visit only occasionally because of the cost. It's very clean, and I appreciate that their frozen yogurt is clearly labeled for dietary requirements, which is important. I only wish the toppings were labeled as well.

This is the perfect place for families and kids in town! I've visited at least three Sweet Frog locations, and this one is by far the best when it comes to service, cleanliness (you can see the owner actively cleaning), and selection. I give it five stars all around!

This restaurant was exceptionally clean and welcoming. They offered fantastic flavors and a variety of toppings. The staff was friendly and attentive. We really enjoy this location and will definitely be back soon!
