7-eleven - Laurel

Wow. This is one of the worst locations I've visited. I've been to many 7/11 stores, but the staff here is rude and unprofessional, speaking badly to each other in front of customers. They rush through transactions and provide poor service. The overall atmosphere is just terrible. I won't be coming back here again.

I used my credit card to pay $11.07 for gas for a U-Haul truck, but my bank account is showing a pending charge of $100.00. How is that possible?

I spent $50 on gas at this 7-Eleven, but my bank statement shows an $80 charge. I would recommend avoiding this gas station.

He accused me of stealing, which was utterly ridiculous given that I had already purchased a variety of snacks during my first visit. I tried to explain that I had been within eyesight of the registers, chatting with someone the whole time. In an effort to clear my name, I emptied my pockets and patted myself down, but this only seemed to infuriate him further. He demanded that I leave the store, and I complied. Once outside, I noticed someone lighting a cigarette. I approached him and explained my situation, and he kindly agreed to share one with me. Just as I was about to receive the cigarette, the angry man—who I assume is the owner or a manager—confronted me aggressively, getting far too close for comfort. Our noses were just a couple of inches apart, and he was shouting at me, his spit flying as he insisted there was no loitering or begging for money allowed. I was honestly taken aback, trying to create some space, but he followed me closely, refusing to back off. The gentleman who was about to give me the cigarette stepped in, trying to explain that it was just one cigarette and suggested the angry man calm down. Instead, the angry employee lashed out at both of us, yelling profanities and threatening to physically kick us off the property. I felt disrespected and wanted to find someone who could address the complete lack of professionalism from this individual.

This gas station usually has the lowest prices in the area. The interior is clean, and while they occasionally experience issues with card skimmers at the pumps, it remains a reliable choice overall.
