Milk Bar - Launceston

A friend recommended this cafe to us on our final day in Launceston, and what a wonderful find it was. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the homemade sweet potato soup was absolutely delicious. The desserts were also mouth-watering, and I particularly enjoyed the rooibos tea with orange rind and dark chocolate. The 1950s decor added a cool vibe to the experience. If you're looking for an authentic cafe experience in Launceston with delicious food, tea/coffee, and a personal touch, the Milk Bar Cafe is a must-visit.

This coffee shop is absolutely charming! The decor is filled with vintage touches that create a cozy atmosphere. The staff are always welcoming and kind. The menu is packed with delicious options - the milkshakes are especially good. They also have a retail space in the back with unique products from local artisans. It's always a delightful experience to stop by for a tasty treat.

We really enjoy this cafe. The coffee is fantastic and the soup is delicious. Fleur creates a cozy and welcoming atmosphere with beautiful artwork on the walls. We also loved the moist and delicious carrot cake.
