Great beer and ambience with friendly , knowledgeable staff and excellent counter meal style food. A great Parma. Loved it!

Like the previous visitor I was very apprehensive on arrival. The outside is awful and the inside needs work but the staff were very professional and friendly. There is a great choice of meals and a good specials board. I had the crispy skinned salmon with mash and vege which was cooked perfectly and tasted so good. The others had fish and chips and roast of the day (pork) and all thoroughly enjoyed. We shared a bottle of Chardonnay. The staff checked on us to make sure we were okay. Highly recommend.

Popped in for a quick pub dinner before flying out. Based our choice on TripAdvisor reviews. We were not disappointed. The steak and Guinness pies were delicious, as were the vegetables and mash etc All tasted fresh and homemade wholesome. It was a quiet week night, service was good, but the pies take about 25 minutes as they are freshly baked. Worth the wait though. Nice cosy interior at the pub.

We called in looking for a meal and were very pleased we did. Great ambience, clean and didn't smell like a pub, sounds silly but much appreciated. Food amazing, 3 of us had the Irish Stew in a cob loaf,(one a gluten free option) the other meals generous and fresh. Staff were young, friendly and helpful. A great place in the centre of Launceston

We had a great time at dinner tonight. The food was amazing! We ordered the pork belly for $18.90 and it looked like a much more expensive dish. It was cooked perfectly crispy, and the accompanying sides complemented it well. The staff were friendly and the drink options were excellent. This place is definitely worth a visit!
