The wait was ridiculous! Over 30 minutes waiting for 1 sandwich, really! The cashier was nice and helpful, and that is the only reason this wasn’t lower. Additionally, I hate when I see a manger out on the frontlines and not helping to correct the wait. I walked up and order and could see 4 groups just sitting there waiting, and sure it could be they just ordered but I asked one of the couples how long they been waiting and they said around 20 minutes . ALL hands on deck, is what I say. But hey I am just 1 customer .

I was getting ready to place an order for a French dip roast beef sandwich when I heard the cashier tell the customer in front of me they don't give drinking water. Since I don't drink soda, I always ask for a water cup when I go out to eat at these sort of places. The cashier did confirm this when I asked her.When I heard that, I left. I mean, are they so tight and greedy they won't even give out a water cup with an order? I was about to spend about $20.00, but their greed cost them my business.

We really aren’t sure why this place is rated so high. The food was not good at all. We all ordered something different and it was all equally bad. I don’t usually leave negative reviews but had I been able to see some, I wouldn’t have wasted $40 here. The sandwiches were very bland and dry. We had to ask for a bag for our to-go order. And the company does not allow refills on soda. However, they never state that upon ordering or we would have ordered larger sizes. The employees were kind, not their fault, but the food and overall experience was not good.

Got a couple italian subs...got home and that they had no mayo or oil....REALLY DRY...was disappointed.

Really horrendous service. 36 minute ticket time for a grilled Italian sub. The place was empty and we were the first or second in line. Ironically, this 36 minute ticket time came after they told us we had to wait 5 minutes to order so they could recover from the previous rush. There was no evidence of any rush nor could there have been as the casino was not that crowded. There were three people working that were friendly enough, but they seemed to be completely disorganized without any really systems or training. The sandwich itself was okay, but it really didn’t not matter much by the time we got there. I would stay away and go to one of the many other restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
