Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Lauderhill

It's 10:39, and their hours indicate they close at midnight. The staff is inside, but they've locked the door and are refusing to take any orders. If I could give them zero stars, I absolutely would.

I really enjoy Tropical Smoothie, but my experiences at this location keep getting worse. I ordered online and even gave them extra time, but after waiting almost 10-15 minutes, my order still wasn’t ready. All I ordered was a smoothie. When I walked in, the place was dirty, and one of the staff members had their hair in the food and drinks. To make matters worse, they made their own smoothie while customers were left waiting for their orders. I hope I can get my money back. I would rate this a 0 out of 10.

I will never return to this restaurant! My third experience was the final straw. For the first time, I noticed that the size of my usual Supergreen Caesar wrap was small and circular, while it typically comes longer and rectangular. It seems they randomly decide which wrap size to use. The second visit also had issues with the packaging size, although the customer service was friendly and welcoming. However, on this third visit—my last—it was a terrible experience. The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful; no one greeted me, and the atmosphere felt uncomfortable. I requested less spinach in my wrap, and was charged an additional $0.50 for it, which made no sense to me. To make matters worse, my cup had a hole in it, and I only realized it when my car cup holder was filled with Sunshine smoothie. Now I have to deal with cleaning that up. I will not be returning to this place; I would rather travel to Coral Springs or Davie. The employees in Lauderhill need to be fired and replaced with people who truly care about the company and its reputation.

I placed an order through Uber Eats. I opted to pick up my order and when I got the message that the food was ready, I went to get it. The food wasn't ready. Anyway, I took the food home took a bit and inside my wrap was a large piece of paper! In the freaking wrap! I'm so disgusted! I tried to call the store several times and no one answered and the voicemail was full. I filled a safety report with I UberEATS and I sent pictures. Do not eat here!
