I had a very disappointing experience with the manager during my visit. When I asked about job opportunities, I encountered rude and discriminatory behavior. I thought about reporting the incident, but since it’s a franchise, I hesitated. It's disheartening to realize that someone like her holds a position that should focus on welcoming and serving customers with a smile. I felt completely offended today, and I hope no one else has to endure a similar experience.
