Disalvos Station - LATROBE

The staff of Di Salvo, especially Michael Fossati (the catering and banquet manager at Di Salvo's) are absolutely wonderful and have done a fantastic job to make our wedding reception appointment as stress-free and pleasant as possible. Mike led my fiancée and I through a pandemic wedding, addressed concerns for the different people who were so afraid for their safety (but wanted to come to celebrate our special day), and even food accommodations with ease. And the day of our reception (after a postponed date due to COVID)... I've never seen a faster, more smooth service. Each course was delivered with ease and taken away, and Mike even had a wallet ready for the money dance when we had no one! They made a very stressful event so much less than I had predicted. I would definitely have our wedding reception at Di Salvo's Station Restaurant again!

Nice place! I never knew this place was here! So authentic! You think the train's coming through the station! You can actually drive a train to see how they were. I loved it there. I'll eat at the restaurant someday. It looks great

The establishment of this restaurant is excellent. The restaurant is huge as it is the old Latrobe railway station. The decor is filled with traction items and they even have a train car in the restaurant where you can dine. I would give 5 stars for the topic and also the service, which was very good. The reason I gave it was 4 because of food, it was good only not 5 stars.

Disalvos is a beautiful restaurant and amazing venue. It is such a unique space with so much character. Very friendly staff. Old school vibes for the stylish and elegant.

Tasty Sunday brunch. Extremely courteous and friendly staff. Very interesting venue in a old train station with an active train stop above us. Neat feeling as a freight train rumbled above us whilst in the tunnel.
