Deli Delicious - Lathrop

I like the food, it's fine. The fries are by far the best thing there. However, they cannot get a to-go order right! Every to-go order is messed up, including forgetting to put au jus in for the French dip, adding ingredients you didn't put on the order, and ignoring special directions. Walk in and watch them make it or don't eat here.

This place needs to be ran by adult or have adult supervision . It is ran by kids that don?t care about nothing I went in for the first time and they had a new employee taking orders that had no idea what he was doing, he re read me my order back wrong I have to tell him 3 separate times. I went back 8-4 and ordered the same sandwiches I asked the same employee are all your sandwiches hot he said yes I let him know the last time I came the turkey bacon and Alvarado one Igot was hot and the ham and turkey was not he said asked me if I wanted them hot I said yes, I get home to come to both of my sandwiches cold, I called to request to speak to a manager and not one of them knew about their manager he had athe phone to a yenelli that claims she?s the manager. And I?m explaining what the problem is and she claims it?s my fault that it says if the sandwiches are hot on the menu. And tells me sorry about that next time you have to let us knowthank you have a nice day and hangs up So I called back and asked to talk or who is above her and she tells me she can?t give out that information thanks have a nice day. I Will never put money into this company again. This owner needs tohire people That actually care and want a job. I find it hard to have 1 person at the counter taking orders and it takes 3 people to make a sandwich. This place is a joke! It?s only a matter of time before they go out of business becausethey have rude kids that have no customer service running that place. I find it hard to believe you can?t give out your managers information!

1 star is for the employees who are having hard time making a sandwich. This was my 3nd visit to this location and all 3 times the sandwich was just piled up with a ball of chicken in one corner and pickles, wax peppers in one corner. I love deli delicious and i hope the owner pays attention to this and give employees more training. I hope they get this fixed man. Few deli delicious stores went out of business in sacramento area because of the bad service. And once againdeli delicious is really good.

Ordered a sandwich which I thought was medium and it was actually mini. A small maybe five inch sandwich that I was also charged an extra $2.50 for bacon. What is this? Total rip off. I can see it it was a medium sandwich for $10 but this is the last time I’ll buy another item from deli. Pepsi dispenser had diet in it. Let them know they said ok. Take the line off asap. So it total my order was $14 and was extremely disappointing that it was as a total rip off.
