Worst experience ever at an A W/KFC. First night we walked in and were told ice cream machine for trademark root beer floats was broken, has been for months, and still waiting on new machine. This despite the posters inside and out advertising root beer floats. Second night walked in and were told we cannot even order inside, even though the gal the night before took our order. Get your act together A W.

Every single time we go to this A&W/KFC we always get our order wrong. Idk if its because we go drive thru but regardless it shouldn't matter. Employees are somewhat polite thats kinda the only thing going for this place.
