Rafferty's - LATHAM

Overall, this is a great spot! The spacious interior features TVs, a bar, and a small stage. The service was decent, and the staff appeared friendly. The wings were delicious. There are both indoor and outdoor seating options available. I recommend it for a casual outing if you're in the area, and you can even choose the music!

I visited the restaurant around 4 PM on a Saturday, and it wasn't crowded at all. The food was quite good overall. However, the French fries had a bit too much salt for my taste, but the shaved steak was excellent. For an appetizer, I tried the artichoke dip, and it was probably the best I've ever tasted.

I stopped in for a cocktail and to watch the traffic go by. The waitress was lovely and checked on me at the right times without being intrusive. I left her a nice tip and continued on my way. I give this place a 4 because I didn’t try the food.

The fish and chips were fantastic, but I wish they offered bigger beers; the small size ran out too quickly. The patio is quite comfortable if you're looking to dine outdoors.
