I placed an order through Uber Eats, but this restaurant intentionally cancelled my order. I found out about it just as my delivery was about to arrive. When I called the restaurant, they hung up on me. When I called back, they told me, without asking for my identity, that they had a new phone system which caused the disconnection. They then tried to convince me to place my order directly with them. Fed up with their behavior, I decided to say goodbye. This restaurant is a joke. After such a terrible experience, who would want to eat their food?

The customer service was lacking at this restaurant. The waitress appeared confused, and we had to wait for half an hour just to be told that they were out of Caesar mix for our cocktails. The stir fry was not up to par - the veggies were soggy and not crispy. Three out of the four of us ended up leaving our meals. It took an exceptionally long time for our food to arrive, and it was ultimately a disappointment. The owner seemed nice, but it was disheartening to see the potential loss of business. There is definitely room for improvement.

Ordered New York Steak, baked potatoes, etc. The steak was perfectly cooked but no seasoning. The potatoe and vegetables were overcooked and barely warm, vegs were overcooked. mushy. and underseasoned. Service was slow and the server would disappear for long periods. The worst was we...ordered lemonade and they served it in a tall skiny glass with a straw too small for the glass ridiculous. Given the cost of the meal, it was very disappointing. Would not go back.

July Waited minutes to be seated outside after getting told we will be right with you by three servers). I asked about being seated since there was tables available and was told I should have gone inside (girl with tattoos). Well that would...have been nice to be told that straight away. We left without eating. The food is excellent here just very disappoint in the service.

I’ve been eating here for years never had any meal I didn’t find superbly delicious. Lately because of I order from their menu to pick up. The meals are always piping hot very generous servings.
