We have been ordering pizzas from Poorando's for years and have never been disappointed. The pizzas are always hot and loaded with toppings. It's safe to say that we don't order pizza from any other place.

I ordered the Big John and it was very good. Additionally, I accidentally dropped my credit card and they called me to inform me. I am very impressed by their excellent service. Thank you so much!

Previous was once the go-to spot in Lasalle for pizza. However, things have changed. The pizza is now only average and the service has also declined.

I am writing this review as I sit here receiving the absolute worst service I have ever received in a restaurant. Tried to convince the family to leave but all are starving. We walked in and after waiting 2-3 minutes to be sat the nasty...waitress barked at us to sit there pointing to a table. Once we sat she proceeded to do everything she could to ignore us including clearing dirty tables no one else waiting) and complaining to another table how busy and overworked she is. After sitting for 9 mins. Yes 9 mins 6:32-7:41, I asked her as she walked by us if we should just go to takeout window. She turned and snarled at me “No, I’m just busy!” I also had gotten our menus for us from the little stand). She then stomped over and grabbed her pad and said “Whatta you want?” I asked if she was ready because she was acting very rude and she just glared at me and repeated her snarl. When she returned with our drinks she made sure to slam mine on the table in front of me. That’s as far as this meal has gone at this point and I’m sure if she could spit in or poison our food she would. This person is a terrible face of your business and even if it was outstanding food which is generally not the case with any Armando’s) I will never set a foot back in here. This waitress needs to be fired, she evidently had no people skills and would be much better suited in a position where she is alone with her miserable self. As a side note, we were in with our 2 children and clearly they don’t know how to make sure their music is on a “clean “ playlist as I sit here and listen to swear words come out of the speakers. Sorry Armando’s but with service like this don’t be surprised when you’re forced to close due to lack of customers. Who would put up with this?

This was a fun evening. The food and wines were excellent choices. Service was very good. All done in a relaxing atmosphere.
