Wynn Allegro - Las Vegas

So good. I only have a big salate, but my friends have all the lasagne. the lasagne is ridiculously good and it is a great part. I loved my salad. it was really great and delicious and fresh. it was cool of them to make just a big entree size vegan salad. the wee is also fantastic, and the brot. my friends went back the next day and got pizza and said it was just as good as the lasagne. this place is on the pricy side and also they will probably have to wait for a table if they do not make reservations, but both are justified in consideration of the quality of food here. very good service.

It is hard to find fine eating for vegan, this was such a tasty bite. I am sad that the cannelloni is not currently on the menu, it was probably one of the best meal I ever had!

They have arranged a section on their menu with 5 vegans. I have the pasta alla vodka and really enjoyed it. my son got the Cesar salad and it was really good. they had no vegan desserts, but I still have a lot of stuff with what we ordered.

I wish i could give allegro 5 stars (it defaults to 4 because it serves meat). hubbz and i split the vegan meatballs and each had a vegan lasagne (both items made with impossible meat). we also ordered a side of sautéed spinach. everything was flawless; full of flavor and hot. we are stuffed and happy!
