Wendy's - Las Vegas

Unfortunately, the A\C was repaired so it was a bit dead when I was there, but it was addressed as soon as I left so it was not a question. other than that, my gf and I had a nice meal. the cash register was nice and friendly, service was fast and she was embroidered. food: 5/5

Walked in to a messy restaurant carpet is dirty and has an odor of mildew. Garbage in bags next to emoyee entrance store is empty tables are dirty staff all standing around by the drive thru. The odor alone needs to bAe addressed In the dining area carpet is smelly and super dirty. If I was to call health department they would have a hay day in here . They wipe down the counters with dirty rags and leave them wet so you can see the areas wiped down but left to dry . Very disappointed with the service too. 1 out of 10 sorry but it's the truth.

Wrong food. Gave me the wrong food twice. First gave me someone else's order. They corrected that mistake by giving me another wrong order and I didn't realize until home.

You could right away tell the guy taking orders really didn't want to be at his job and it was pretty noticeable due to the fact that it took forever to get a basic biggie bag. The attitude kind of threw me off so I feel like unless they hire other people, I probably won't go back to this location if I'm in the area.

Very poor service. I should've taken pictures, but the entire restaurant and the bathrooms were filthy. Trash all over the floor, dirty tables, they just don't care. The food on the other hand was no better, my burger was probably re-sale because it came out way too fast and it was cold. The soda machine they have... about 55-60% of the beverages were either out or not working. I really need to tell the health department about this place. Go somewhere else for a quality dining experience
