Vegas Test Kitchen - Las Vegas

This restaurant is an incubator, so the menu and offerings change frequently. The atmosphere is fantastic and the staff is wonderful. I had the Yukon Pizza, which was amazing. It was their last day at this location as they are opening their own place this week. I tried the Grandpa's white pizza and it was absolutely spectacular. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning soon.

I absolutely adore Vegas Test Kitchen! The concept of showcasing various chefs and cuisines with a wide range of flavors and dietary options is brilliant and brings the community together. The convenience of ordering, paying, starting a tab, and ordering food and drinks from multiple chefs, businesses, and vendors seamlessly is wonderful. And the food? It is absolutely delicious and amazing - I have loved everything I have tried, with Down2Earth being my personal favorite. Do yourself a favor and go now to try the food!

What a cool concept for a restaurant! We visited on Vegan Wednesday, which was a bit disappointing because the only chef on duty was from Down2Earth Plant Based Cuisine (even though the vegan food was delicious!). We plan on returning to try out other chefs who rotate through the test kitchen. From Down2Earth, we ordered the Brussels sprouts, truffle Mac n cheese, and buffalo pizza. The Brussels sprouts were absolutely amazing!

I went to VTK over labor day weekend '22 and had an amazing time. The food, the service, and ambience were perfect. Also, the app for ordering food was very straightforward and intuitive. I 'll be back again. (I 'm not a vegan or vegetarian, but wasn 't aproblem. Plenty of food options and the pizza was my favorite dish.

It's a great place all in all for vegans they're like a young vibe and tasty food. I will say the chef salad is a little small for the price. The pizza is amazing! Customer service was great the young lady helped me order the food because you can onlyorder online. If you're vegan I would give this spot a try! I had to order another Pizza though so be prepared to spend at leastabout $50 or more!
