Bidrage med feedbackDelicious chips, salsa and guac. The sauces on the enchiladas were a bit intense but delicious nonetheless. Great waitstaff.
We ate at the bar and the bartender was friendly and cool. it has recommended good knowledge about the menu and some dishes. eating was very good and something different from traditional Mexican cuisine.
We arrived quite late, after 9 o'clock, but the atmosphere was calm. The service was quick, which we appreciated. I really enjoyed the margarita; it wasn’t overly sweet and wasn’t just a pre-made mix. I ordered the enchiladas, and I liked that I could choose both the filling and sauce, along with the sides. This way, the meal could be tailored to my taste. I preferred the corn tortilla over the flour one.
The Matador Restaurant is situated in an outdoor mall in Summerlin, just outside of Las Vegas. I really enjoyed my experience there. The bartender and waitress were both incredibly friendly and attentive. Everything I ordered was delicious. I had the black bean queso, a selection of street tacos, and even the strawberry lemonade and iced tea, all of which were fantastic. If you're in Summerlin and searching for a great place to eat, I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try.
We stopped here after visiting Red Rock Canyon and had a great experience. The service was attentive, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Our table ordered the cilantro-lime shrimp, crushed chicken enchiladas with two sauces—spicy and poblano, road tacos, and cornmeal encrusted mahi mahi. Everyone enjoyed their dishes and found them satisfying. The spicy enchiladas were especially delicious for those who like heat. For drinks, we had a mojito with ginger (I can’t recall the exact name of the drink), and it was also excellent.
