The Habit Burger Grill - Las Vegas

This place has a waiter in a blue shirt who is absolutely terrible. I would have given his name if I knew it. My spouse and I visited tonight and ordered two salads and two orders of tempura green beans. The salad comes with ranch dressing and each order of tempura green beans should come with ranch dressing as well. The waiter informed us that he could only give one ranch dressing per customer, even though we offered to pay for extra ranch dressing because I don't like my salad dry. He was rude. Additionally, they messed up our order and we had ordered it to go. When he placed our order in the bag, he actually spilled the first order of tempura green beans at the bottom of the bag. I usually don't write bad reviews, but this was such a terrible experience that I had to write this. Can someone tell me if there is a shortage of ranch dressing? What is going on?

The best burger is when it is freshly cooked. The order was not good. Eat them while they are at their best. They overcooked the onion rings. Why don't they pay attention to details? It's a great brand if they care. I'll try another location.

Although I had never been to this restaurant before, it immediately felt like a second home to me. The variety of delicious meals on the menu was impressive, and the atmosphere was charming. The food was so delicious that I would definitely visit this place regularly.

The personal here is excellent and friendly. Even with the tedious repeating the menu, the command was not what I asked, but the manager tonight, uriel, was great and made a whole new order for my effort. excellent service, excellent eating and friendly service, definitiw 5 stars, definitely come back!

I’ll start by saying the food was good. Restaurant was clean and staff was nice and professional…however… we almost did not eat here. We pulled in and parked and noticed an employee of one of the restaurants emptying garage. We then proceeded to walk up and she walked past us with her garage bin through the front door while opening the door with the same gloves on she used to empty the trash. So now every person touching that door handle will be touching garbage.
