Teriyaki Madness - Las Vegas

Was trying to order on the phone but had to order online. I initially called the Maryland location. Guy who answers doesn’t speak much English but that wasn’t even the problem I had. He doesn’t know the menu. I asked a question and I even attempted to ask him again slowly in dummy sense and he still didn’t understand how to answer it. My order was supposed to be done in 13 minutes and it’s been 25 minutes and I am still waiting.Wasn’t busy either. Had I known it would of took longer I would of stayed home a bit longer. I really need to stop trying things outside because they just get worse every single time. I haven’t ate the food yet but I hope it’s not as bad as the service. The lady wasn’t to sharp either. It’s so sad you can’t place a order and the person/s they hire have no knowledge of the menu.Update later if anything changes… ???

Always friendly staff and if there's an issue they make it right. That's all you can ask for. What's the problem, it's a chicken bowl place.

We love Teriyaki Madness, loved it before we moved, and get some every time we come to town. Got my parents addicted to it too!!
