Taco Bell - Las Vegas

I ordered my food through the app earlier in the day, but when I picked it up at the drive-thru, it was cold. The staff member at the drive-thru was dismissive and claimed that it was my fault for not picking it up earlier. After I requested to speak to a manager, they agreed to remake my order. However, when I got home with my family, the food was just reheated. This wasn't the only issue I encountered. I would recommend avoiding the location at 1275 S. Lamb Blvd.

I ordered the nacho fries freshly made with extra cheese and a spicy kick, and that's exactly what I received. Thank you!

The food was decent, but the chips in the Fleshy Melt Burrito were quite tough to chew. The staff member at the window had trouble understanding our order, so another employee came over, and unfortunately, they were quite dismissive and rude. On the bright side, there was no line in the drive-thru, which was nice. Overall, I wouldn't say it was a bad experience. Food rating: 4/5.

Every time I visit this restaurant, I go in the evening because they offer the best customer service. Although the drive-thru can get quite busy at times, the wait is definitely worth it. Food rating: 5/5.

Everything I ordered was just right. The staff were attractive and very friendly.
