Sicily's Pizza - Las Vegas

I will never order from Sicily's Pizza again. On 7/27/24, I placed a delivery order at 4:35 PM. By 7:33 PM, I still hadn't received my order. When I called to cancel, they claimed the driver had been calling multiple times, even though I had other guests at my hotel call me successfully. Despite the girl on the phone repeatedly saying the driver was 20 minutes away, it had been over two hours. They also refused to give me a refund but they ended up giving me the refund. This is unacceptable. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I'm being honest the food ain't nearly as bad as the reviews make it sound if you order at the right time the food will be hot and ready for new comers don't pay attention to reviews and you'll be satisfied

Delivery driver was stuck in traffic, but had the most respect and was the kindest man. Pizza was hot , don’t understand the reviews saying the pizza came cold. It wasn’t a 5 star pizza but obviously it was delicious for me since i’m not really that much of a picky eater.

Omg..... These pizza actually is the worst pizza that I had in all my life... Better you go and eat a piece of plastic will be more enjoyable... I am so sorry for the bed review but I can't say nothing better than that.

Our delivery driver was late to give us the food and when the manager called the driver, the driver said she was already here which she wasn't because I was awake and didn't see the driver
