Shake Shack Las Vegas (nyny)

This was my first experience at Shake Shack, and it did not disappoint! The milkshakes were absolutely delicious, made with frozen custard that was incredibly creamy and tasty. I also loved the texture of their fries! Although I didn’t get to try the burgers this time, I’m definitely looking forward to tasting them on my next visit. The frozen custard was fantastic as well! I can't wait to come back for more.

The ambiance of the restaurant is pleasant, and there’s enough seating available. The BBQ sauce is great for dipping the chicken nuggets, which I thought were very good. My overall impression of Shake Shack falls between 3.5 and 4 stars. The staff was friendly, and our order was ready fairly quickly. However, I do think the price of $35 for a small burger, a hot dog, nuggets, two fries, and two drinks is quite high. I’d suggest just trying the chicken bites; they were probably the best tasting items on the menu.

This was my first experience at Shake Shack, and I have to say I was really impressed with the food. However, I should mention that the service was quite slow, and the restaurant itself felt a bit messy. I ordered the classic Shack Burger, fries, and a Cookies and Creme Shake. Overall, I loved everything I tried. While some of the components were cooler than I expected compared to the warm patty, the presentation was beautiful, and the burger was delicious, especially with the Shack Sauce. The shake had a wonderful cookie dough flavor and was packed with cookie chunks. The crinkle fries were a delightful surprise, crispy and tasty, and they were perfect for dipping into the shake without falling apart. All in all, I really enjoyed my meal and would definitely love to return if I get the chance!

Revised 3/4/2022 My original review was based on my visit to the Las Vegas strip location. I am revising my review based on the great customer service i received from the Shake Shack team after posting my original reveiw and the absolutely amazing burgerswe received by delivery from the Plano, TX location this evening. I have to admit I was very skeptical about trying Shake Shackafter my last experience, but I am really glad I did. We received hot, fresh, and tender burgers exactly as we ordered using theapp. I will definitely go back. I am struggling to understand why shake shack is the fastest growing burger chain in America. Ifirst tried this chain in New York City in 2013 and I wasn't impressed then. But I decided to give it another try and my opinionhasn't changed. I understand they use Angus beef but they overcook the burger so much it's served with a greasy crunchytexture. Not so friendly staff who expect the customers to know the process of purchasing a burger. Clean the restaurant and therestroom.

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant! I ordered a single Shack burger, without tomatoes, along with some bacon cheese fries. My boyfriend chose the Smokin’ Shack burger and an apple pie shake. We also got a special treat for our Rottweiler, Lyla—the Poochini, which she absolutely loved. I was impressed by how fresh and flavorful my burger was; it practically melted in my mouth with each bite. The bacon cheese fries were amazing too, with crispy bacon and delicious cheese sauce. The service was friendly, and I definitely plan to return. I can’t wait to explore more items on their menu!
