Sage - Aria - Las Vegas

First, I've been to this restaurant on many occasions Each time the food is excellent and the service is lacking.

Really exceptional food and ambiance, but the service is horrid.

The cider salad was the best salad I've ever had! We had the crab cakes and they were amazing! The service was wonderful. Great food!

The experience here was less than satisfactory. The waitress made sure all prices were deducted for everything she described. It was only noticeable because she did not do it at any other table she was serving near us. Since we were the only colored people in the restaurant, I can only assume that it was a problem for them. I then had another server set air conditioning above me without apologizing or apologizing. The unit then began to drip onto my wife and me. We asked to be moved and eventually we did. This was our 24th wedding anniversary and dinner went broke.

Excellent food. Try the soft shell crab starter when it's in season and the spring rolls. Yum!
