Pt's Gold - Las Vegas

My experience at this pub was not great. The bartender ignored me on a Friday night when it wasn't too busy. I was supposed to get a free drink for winning $20 in gambling, but I didn't receive it. Please don't ignore your customers and it shouldn't take 10 minutes to order a drink with only 20-30 people in the pub. Be pleasant or at least don't show your customers that you're in a bad mood.

The server was amiable but overwhelmed with too many tables to attend to. The pizza dough was tasty, however, the sauce and toppings were more concentrated in the center. It was happy hour during a hockey game, so I understand that the kitchen was probably swamped. The restaurant has garage doors that can be opened to enjoy the fresh air outside. There is a central bar with seating around machines. Tables are scattered around the bar and there is also a separate seating area available.

I arrived at the restaurant around 11:30 am and found that I was the only customer. Unfortunately, I was not greeted by the bartender, who simply approached me and asked what I wanted to drink without offering a welcome or hello. She did not inquire if I wanted to see a menu or anything else, and she quickly placed my drink in front of me before walking away. Despite sitting there for about 45 minutes without any interaction, she did not speak a single word to me. This lack of customer service made me feel uncomfortable, so I decided to leave without ordering food. I noticed that this was not the first time I experienced such behavior from the bartender, as she had done the same during my previous visit. As someone with years of experience in customer service and sales, I understand why there are few customers when she is working. It is disappointing that she did not introduce herself, leaving me unaware of her name due to her silence.
