The soup was very tasty and tasteful and they were generous with the amount of noodles. The brisket, tripe and tendon were great, but the flank was pretty hard. They were generous with the side of bean sprouts and mints that were fresh and tender. Ambience: 5/5 quiet with family music. Very clean surfaces with warm lighting, the somewhat flickering service: 5/5 was in the restoration at about 18:45 on a week night. The server was very fast and to the point, but attentive to ensure that we have everything we need value for price: 4/5 a bit more expensive compared to the shops just a few miles away in Chinatown
I was looking for some decent Pho and Spring Rolls in Las Vegas. This restaurant definitely has some of the better Pho I tried in the city. I wish they had a little Pho option, they told me they hadn't offered it any more than I tried to order it. The big one is too big for me, especially when I order spring rolls. I wish they would add rare steak in the combination dish, a part of the meat was thicker than what I used to be in Pho. Apart from that, this place was delicious, I know now where I'm going for good Pho.
There are so many pho-restaurants in this city, and this is our favorite. Annie and Long were friendly and great service! The rare steak here is the best I tasted in a pho restaurant. Been ordered here or from here so often, had to write a review.
Stunning about this place recently, and really enjoyed the food. The food was delicious and tasteful. There were not many workers, but the service was good. The decor was very modern.
10-8-2021 Fast service. Plenty of parking. -A5. Pho Chay (veggie pho): beef, chicken or vegan broth options. Decent tasting, but pricy. $9.95 -4. Pho Tai Bam (pounded rare steak): delicious and clean broth. Definitely prefer the pounded steak over the sliced steak. Better texture and more tender. However very small portion size for the price. $10.95 for a small Like other reviewers stated, it?s pricier than Chinatown with smaller portions. Also some of the menu prices aren?t updated, so don?t be surprised if your bill is higher than expected. Will come back to try the Com ga Roti (braised fried chicken with five-spice, garlic rice.
