Bidrage med feedbackMy initial experience with Vietnamese food was less than adequate...I tried it because I always heard about Pho from the folks at my work and they kept mentioning how great it was, so I tried it for the first time and I thought it was way overrated (definitely didn't live up to the hype). But I wanted to give it another try because the place I got it from wasn't as credible of a restaurant as some of the other ones I've seen here in Las Vegas. And needless to say, the restaurant I tried my first Pho ended up closing down.I ate at this restaurant based on the recommendation of a good friend of mine because he used to always eat here while his business was open in Town Square. I ended up ordering the Beef Pho, Portobello Fries, and BBQ Spring Rolls. The Spring Rolls were amazing because the flavor of the charred meat hit the spot and matched perfectly with the flavors of the other ingredients in the roll. And don't get me started with the peanut dipping sauce...I think I could've eaten that entire bowl in one scoop. Also, the Portobello Fries were beyond superb; the earthiness of the mushrooms and crispiness of the outside definitely hit the spot while I was waiting for my Pho. And finally, the Beef Pho...let me tell you, that Pho was outstanding definitely not the same as my initial experience. I really enjoyed the cilantro and huge basil leaves you can add/provide with the Pho. Thankfully I had a resident expert (my good friend) with me on this Pho stuff because I didn't know that there's sauces (I think plum sauce and a special pepper sauce) you can add to your Pho to kick it up a notch or two.The restaurant itself was very clean! The staff working here were phenomenal, from the time I/we were greeted upon entry, to our servers. Initially, I thought the prices were kind of high for this type of cuisine; however, after tasting the food and the ingredients involved, to include the quantity, I feel it's very reasonable and justified. I definitely will be back to try other items on the menu and I highly recommend this place to everyone.
Great service and food. All the Pho is gluten free. They have a dedicated side of the kitchen for GF, but they don’t list GF dishes on the menu for some reason.
Great tasting pho! Unlike the mom and pop shops that value their broth and will often offer a free refill of noodles so customers don’t waste the broth. The waiter was also way to quick with the table side payment and assumed I didn’t want a receipt. I ordered a small bowl but got charged for a large. I wanted my receipt to make sure but didn’t get that chance since he was trigger happy. This was my first time here and definitely will not be my go to place. Friends that I was there with commented “this place is less busy than their other restaurant on the west side” so you’ll get a seat pretty quickly if not instantly during the lunch time rush.

Really enjoyed this place. It feels upscale. We were treated well. Had Combo Pho and Chicken Egg rolls. The Sriracha seems to be made in-house (forgot to ask . The meats were plentiful, the broth was flavourful, and the sides were fresh. Felt great after eating(the body decided it was good?? . I would happily bring others to show off one of my favorite eateries. We need to try more on this menu!Parking: Free to park in the large lot or garage.Paid street parking, did not test valet.
