The food is usually excellent, but I've noticed that portion sizes have decreased since the end of the COVID pandemic and the rise in inflation. Meanwhile, the prices remain unchanged.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant, primarily due to the rude staff, particularly Kate. It was clear that she was unhappy and lacked proper customer service skills. I simply asked a question, and she responded in a dismissive tone while rolling her eyes. If you're feeling frustrated, it's best to keep it to yourself instead of taking it out on customers. Such behavior is unacceptable and very noticeable. I won’t be returning.
Our experience ended poorly. It felt like they had given up on us, and it seemed like they were making everything up as they went along. Having worked at Panda Express for 8 years, I can confidently say that we never cooked anything more than an hour before closing time—this is simply a sign of laziness on the part of the employees! This ultimately falls on the management.
The Craig really needs an improvement. The food is often poorly assembled and lacks freshness, plus the customer service has declined! You should take a cue from the One in Centennial Hills, which consistently delivers a great experience.
