Bidrage med feedbackThe sirloin, although it looked smaller than 6 oz, was cooked medium well as requested. The salad that came with it was plain, but I had brought my own fat-free dressing. My husband and another friend ordered the shrimp scampi and found it to be too salty. The rest of our group enjoyed their meals, including eggplant parm, fettuccine Alfredo, all-you-can-eat soup and salad, and spaghetti and meatballs. I must give credit to our servers, who were excellent and attentive despite dealing with a large party. They made sure we had everything we needed, refilled our drinks promptly, and even provided extra plates for the cake we brought. They handled our separate checks without any mistakes. Overall, Olive Garden still offers good service, affordable food, and generous portions. It may not meet everyone's expectations, especially as we become more conscious of our calorie intake, but it serves its purpose as a nostalgic and budget-friendly dining option for many. Thank you, Olive Garden, for providing an affordable dining experience for hardworking Americans.
As a regular patron of Olive Garden, I have high standards for their service and quality. Unfortunately, my recent experience at this location was subpar. We were promptly seated, but our server took a while to acknowledge us and even longer to take our drink order. The wait for our soup, salad, and entrees was excessively long, with our food arriving over an hour after we sat down. Our server appeared indifferent and inattentive throughout the meal. Despite the poor service, the salmon and broccoli were cooked perfectly and were delicious. Overall, while the food was good, the service at this Olive Garden needs significant improvement.
The management at this location needs to be retrained or replaced. It was a chaotic experience! The staff seemed clueless about handling the curbside pickup process. I had ordered Mother's Day dinner for a group of 9 on Saturday, with a scheduled pickup time of 4:30 pm on Sunday. When I arrived at 4:20 pm after receiving a text saying the order would be ready in 10 minutes, my name wasn't on the list. After multiple delays and confusion, I finally went inside to find my food, which was getting cold. It was a disappointing experience and definitely put a damper on our Mother's Day celebration.
Came here for dinner after seeing all the advertisements for the Garfield movie and started craving Lasagna: we were greeted and seated quickly with no reservation on Friday night. I had the Spiked Strawberry Lemonade $6.50 w/Grey Goose they charged $2.50 extra to add the alcohol according to the bill It had fresh cut strawberries and was very refreshing. The breadsticks were under done and a plate that came with them was dirty. I had two bowls of zuppa toscana which was delicious. The Lasagna Classico was great, flavorful, and cheesy. Spouse had the Chicken Shrimp Carbonara his favorite and salad. For dessert we had the Tiramisu which was lite and delicious as well. Our server was Jillian and she attentive, efficient, and very nice!
Walked in waited for about 5 minutes before we were sat for our reservations of 10. Dinning room had a nice Christmas decor vibe going on and a nice spread out of guests. Nice to not have everyone coming into dine smooshed together. We had two servers but didn't get breadsticks until our food came out. The server spilt water on one of the kids, two people ordered unlimited soup and salad and the salad came out but had to ask for the soups. I believe the manager was walking around and asked if we were good and we had let him know that we needed a salad refill, soups and a different sauce refill for the breadsticks. Chicken Gnocchi Soup was very bland and the Gnocchi was over cooked making it mushy. Sent back and tried the Zuppa Tuscana and that was much better. Overall, food is on the pricey side and for the quality of food and service not a first pick to dine at.
