Minchia's Cibo Italiano - Las Vegas

Excellent find in Town Square! We had no idea about the upstairs area in Town Square until a few weeks ago. Check this place out....great food, great service, and great drinks!

Our reservation was at 6pm and we were surprised to learn upon being seated that we were there in time to take advantage to Happy Hour! Food was very good! Great portions and service was very attentive!

We really enjoyed the meatball appetizers the Margherita pizza. Their pizza dough was really delicious made in a open-style viewable pizza oven. We’d definitely go back to try the Don Corleone Pizza. The music selection was a little eclectic but it wasn’t bad.

I visited this restaurant for the first time to celebrate a birthday, and overall, I had a great time with friends. The food was really delicious, but unfortunately, the service was very slow. The bartender was responsible for taking orders and serving drinks simultaneously, which made things a bit confusing. It wasn't clearly communicated that three people wanted the same dish as their individual orders rather than sharing. It took quite a while to get additional drinks, and we had to wait longer than expected. I hope that in the future, the service can be faster and more attentive. Aside from that, the food was amazing!
