Javier's - Las Vegas

Welcome to the world famous Javier's! We visit Vegas 2 to 3 times per year and we always come to Javier's every single time. The drinks are exquisite and the menu items are remarkable. This is by far our favorite restaurant in Vegas. Located in the Aria, it provides an incredible high end dining experience. You will not regret making reservations. Top notch dining experience every single time we visit! BRAVO!

Enjoyed a wonderfully delicious meal at Javier's. The place was packed, bar was a bit backed up with our first round of drinks, but all in all, was a great night. Service was on point, food very tasty, and the drinks hit just the right note. The fried ice cream and tres leches cake were super good!

Javier's reminds me of a cool club where you go to hang with your friends and nosh on appetizers and bar food. It's really a cool place having a trendy and cool vibe. The staff was great but the food is lacking. I wanted the lobster enchiladas. For some unknown reason the waiter suggested I try the dish that offered 1 lobster and 1 crab enchilada. I was not impressed. They each tasted the same like that fake crab meat sold in the grocery store. For $47 I expected real crab or real lobster. And the enchiladas are like miniature size. I may go back but just for drinks and chips and salsa. I love the vibe of the place but I was not impressed by the food.

Javier?s is definitely tasty but I questioned the concept of luxury Mexican cuisine since the general concept is that is value cuisine. Overall my opinion is that the food isn?t worth the 3-4x price markup. If you?re a tourist on the strip you could do worse but could do better. Decor was beautiful but too dark to see and the vibe was definitely on point with upscale strip restaurants. Give it a shot if you love Mexican cuisine but be prepared to cash down.

Server was Oscar I don't know eat happened to this place. We last visited Vegas 4 years ago and remember the service being horrible. But this time, it was unbelievably great. They were quick to check on us, our drinks came quick, waters refined as needed, food was perfect. I asked for a spicy hot sauce and they brought us out 3 different kinds. Wasn't expecting that but was a pleasant surprise. The expression martini was spot on, smooth. Not milky. 6 stars ? if I could give it.
