Icy Juicy - Las Vegas

I should start by saying that I would have given the drink itself five stars. However, the cafe itself requires significant improvements. It was hard to overlook the torn booth seat, dirty table legs, and the grade of 'B' displayed.

We ordered two drinks, pork chops, and two orders of popcorn chicken. When we inquired about sauces, they informed us that they were out of them and only offered ketchup. To top it off, I found a small bone in my chicken, which I had to spit out into a napkin. As if that weren’t enough of a reason to stay away, one of the staff members kept coughing and clearing their throat every 5-10 minutes. We ended up leaving half of our pork chops and half of the popcorn chicken behind. Just take a look at the pictures. I truly regret coming here!

This is by far one of the dirtiest places I've ever been to. I doubt they even own a mop. The only reason we went there was because we were waiting for a table at China Mama. I won’t be coming back again.

While waiting for my drink, I stood at the end of the bar and noticed him start making other drinks without washing his hands! I asked him if he had washed his hands, and he lied. Before I could say anything else, he abruptly said he would give me a cash refund and that he couldn’t make my drink. He opened the register, threw cash onto the table, and then went right back to making drinks without washing his hands again.

We came here on a Friday night at 10:00 pm and it was pretty dead, there was only one customer in line ahead of us. The younger guy that took our order at the cashier had the biggest attitude. I made my order and he was rolling his eyes, sighing and responding back rudely. Extremely poor customer service. The food and drink was average. The older gentleman/ cook that brought out our food was friendly and even said thank you when we left. The two stars is only for the cook's kindness.
