Hussong's Cantina - Las Vegas

I had an excellent experience at the restaurant, thanks to the great service and delicious food. The server recommended the elote off the cob, and she was spot on—it was perfect for sharing. I also appreciated having two salsas; one of them stood out as particularly unique, with what I believe was some brown sugar in it. Overall, a fantastic meal!

Custom-made Margarita? Absolutely amazing! David was fantastic! He genuinely wants his guests to be happy. The drinks, appetizers, and ambiance were all incredible! I even stayed during a shift change! Everything was perfect while David was serving me, but once he left, I felt somewhat overlooked. After I informed my waiter that I needed a printed copy of my initial bill for $112, I ordered something else and also mentioned to the busboy that I needed that printed copy. I had to go out of my way to find the staff to get it sorted.

Stopped at this hidden gem of a restaurant in the Mandalay Bay hotel prior to the Michael Jackson ONE show and had a wonderful experience. Be sure to sit at the bar where the bartenders are engaging and friendly and order the amazing barbacoa tacos! Drinks were strong, food was delicious and service was super fast even on this busy holiday weekend. Highly, highly recommend this place.

This was my first visit, and I found the decor to be charming. They offered complimentary chips with salsa and another dip that had a smoky pepper flavor, both of which were tasty. I ordered the fish taco, and while it was good, it wasn't anything extraordinary. I asked my waitress to surprise me with a blended margarita, and she brought me a strawberry margarita with a sugared rim, which was delicious. Overall, I would definitely consider returning.

Busy evening; however service was great and welcoming. Arturo, the GM, bartender, and server did a spectacular job in turning a guests experience around. The food was delicious and had a variety of options. I definitely will be back.
