Hot n Juicy Crawfish - Las Vegas

So delicious and great customer! Get advantage of their Happy Hour with 1/2lb when you dine here mon-Thursday (3-7pm) Love the hot n juicy sauce! Loved it! They had this brand in LA and they closed down but so delighted to see they have it here! The best!

This place is usually great, I take everyone who comes to visit me here. On that note, tonight I had some issues. I usually order online and take my food home as I’m 20 mins out. I was placing an order at 9:20pm (they don’t close until 10pm) and the website said the store was closed. So I called the store to try and place an order with my CC and they said they aren’t allowed to take orders over the phone and that we should have until 9:45 to place an order online. So, I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this place over the past few years and they can’t afford to have a system that works. The employee told me there are “time slots” for you to place a Togo order… so i guess two people putting an order in at the same time means the system states that the store is closed. Picture below. I’ve just recently started coming to this location because I moved away from GVR and I’ve never had this issue before. Seems to be strange, but definitely inconvenient and inconsistent for not only the customer but the employees too as we have to wait at the store for our food to be prepared, just to take it home. Hopefully they get this figured out because this food isn’t cheap. Hot n Juicy can afford to have a properly working system and website (which also sucks, doesn’t load properly having to continually redo the cart when it won’t refresh)

The seafood here was very good and the portions are large. The Catfish Po Boy was very good. The oysters were very good although our server said they were East Coast when they were obviously Gulf Oysters. The beer selection was okay but they were out of Abita. Everything was good except the Etoufee was way too spicy. My wife likes spicy and it was too hot for her which is unusual. We did not eat it. Everything else was great!
