Grimaldi's Pizzeria - Las Vegas

I haven't visited major pizza hubs like New York or Chicago, but for me, this is the best pizza I've ever had! The crust is incredibly crispy and tasty, and the pepperoni has fantastic flavor. The service is consistently outstanding, and the staff is always very friendly.

We love Grimaldi's and today was great as usual. Tuesdays they have half off wine so we ordered a bottle of their special red wine. Also ordered a large pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni. Yum. The service was excellent. Highly recommended!

However, the highlight of our lunch was definitely the dessert trio. The cannoli had a lovely tartness, and my friend really liked the tiramisu. We both found the light and delightful caramel coconut cheesecake to be a standout; our server mentioned it’s made in-house in small batches. It had a wonderful balance of sweet and salty, and was wonderfully airy. Overall, it was an exquisite lunch with amazing service and reasonable prices.

I visited Grimaldi's Pizzeria tonight and tried the Cheese Pizza and the Double Pepperoni. The Cheese Pizza featured mozzarella cheese atop a very lightly sauced crust. Personally, I found it lacking in flavor, even with the signature cheese and spice blend added. The Double Pepperoni was topped with plenty of thick-cut pepperoni, but I felt it could have used a bit more cheese. On the plus side, both pizzas had perfectly cooked crusts. Our server, Nate, was attentive and met all our needs—super cool guy!

I may not be in a major pizza city like New York or Chicago, but this is, without a doubt, my favorite pizza! The crust is incredibly crispy and flavorful, and the pepperoni has an amazing taste. The service is consistently excellent, and everyone is really friendly.
