Bidrage med feedbackThis restaurant specializes in fried chicken with a vegan option available. The chicken was tender but not as crispy as expected, and the fries were average. Overall, the food was edible but there are better vegan options available elsewhere, such as the chicken sandwich at VegEnation. I personally prefer Evel Pie for solid vegan choices.
I really liked the crispy vegan "chik’n" sandwich with vegan cheese at this restaurant. The vegan alternative is definitely healthier than real chicken because it doesn't contain animal fat, even though it's still deep-fried. The sauce with medium heat added a nice kick to the sandwich. They also have an Impossible Burger on the menu.
This restaurant is a great choice in the downtown/East Fremont area for those craving a spicy vegan chicken sandwich. It may be the best one I've ever had. They also serve delicious vegan onion rings, but beware of the ranch dressing if you're not lacto-ovo. The beer selection is a bit pricey, but there are some great local options available. The service is friendly and attentive. The staff even informed me of additional vegan options on my second visit, ensuring I had a fantastic dining experience. Overall, a top-notch spot for vegan fare in the city.
One of the better fried chicks I had! very good, the staff is nice, I happen to have a vegan guy who serves me. I'm coming back! I have a place right away, but it's obviously a great place to eat!
Best fried chikn sandwich I've had. Please be aware though: even though you order a labeled vegan sandwich and labeled vegan fried pickles, they gave me non-vegan ranch... I clarified with a server and confirmed it wasn't vegan despite ordering only labeled vegan items. Please be aware.
