Firehouse Subs Westland Fair

When I realized the mix-up, I called and requested a refund for the macaroni salad since it wasn’t what I ordered. However, the manager refused, saying that I waited too long to return it. I pointed out that there was no posted policy about a time limit for returns or credits at the counter, and once I informed them about the issue, that should have been sufficient. I then asked if I could get a credit toward my next sandwich purchase, explaining that I hadn’t been able to come back sooner because I was unwell and couldn’t visit that part of town. The response was unhelpful; I was given a number for the customer service center in Florida instead. I explained my situation to them and was told someone would get back to me within 24 to 48 hours. Five months later, I’m still waiting for that call! I even left my contact information and a note. There are plenty of places that serve sandwiches, so I would recommend choosing one of them instead—preferably somewhere that values its customers!

The prices feel a bit high for just a single sub without any drink or chips, and the wait time was longer than I anticipated. This used to be a place with a decent selection of hot sauces, but now it seems to be limited to cheap packets. Plus, there was no option to choose whether I wanted sauce on my sandwich.

The Escap was quite clean. The service at the counter was good, and the food came out very quickly. The quality and freshness of the subs I had were excellent.

Our sandwiches were terrible. the 3 hot subparts were cold and the cold turkey sandwich was sloppy. all the condiments were beaten up the mayonnaise was poured on so hard, it was unbeatable. I paid a lot of money to get bad food. I want my money back!

Overall a great location. I can in at a shift change and there was no hiccups. Food was quick and the quality was excellent.Bathrooms located in the back.Staff was professional and quick.Place was cleaned multiple times well I was there.If you own this location the team deserves recognition for the great work. Not saying they don’t get it already.
