The staff member seemed to have limited knowledge about coffee. I simply wanted a decaf drink, but was told they were out of decaf espresso. I then attempted to order a decaf iced coffee, only to be informed they were also out of that. I thought you could just pour the decaf coffee over ice? After trying to order three different drinks and getting nowhere, I ended up leaving without anything. Overall, I’d rate the food: 1, service: 1, and atmosphere: 1.

Wow, how difficult can it be to get an order right? I ordered one chocolate long john and two maple long johns, but when I arrived at my destination, I found two chocolate and one maple instead. The staff member was turning her back to me while filling the bag, so I couldn't see what she was doing. It seemed like she was too distracted chatting with her coworker. Ordered online and drove to the Dunkin’ Donuts in Sam’s town and everything I ordered wasn’t available. It would be a common courtesy for the company to not let the purchase go through on their app if there was no available products. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
