Chipotle Mexican Grill - Las Vegas

I had set up a pick-up order, and they gave it to me. I went back and asked if they could do it again, because it was cold and the guac was brown. the manager came up and didn't even recognize me and said they had to be in agreement again and order again. they do not recommend this place unless they want to create a job from their own mistakes.

Restaurant allows pets in their location. When I brought it to the staffs attention and spoke with the pet owner letting them know this is against health code and restaurant could be shut down over it they refused to do anything. Dog was jumping on people...definitely not a service animal. Found an outstanding location across the street that does even better than Chipotle. Go to Bubbakoo's Burritos instead. Excellent service, way better than Chipotle. They have same setup but better. Offering burritos, tacos, taco salad, burrito bowls and a lot of different sauce options in addition to what Chipotle offers.

Our second visit to this restaurant and both trips have been great. I get the salad with chicken and my wife gets the steak bowl. We were quickly served and the checkout process was seamless. Ingredients were fresh and plentiful. I recommend this Chipotle Mexican Grill for your meals.

My boyfriend and I just left here not even 5 minutes ago, we had no problems ordering our food but when we got to the register to pay Secret was very rude. We said hello and she didn't say anything back, and then I proceeded to ask her about my rewards if I should scan the first one or scan the two that I had individually and she completely ignored me. After we paid we asked for water cups and said thank you and then when she handed us the food, again we said thank you and she cut us off by asking the next customer if they wanted any drink or chips leaving us annoyed. I normally let things go but she was so rude, I had to leave a review about the customer service.
