China Mama - Las Vegas

I just ate at China Mama. I had a waitress named Judy (Lun). World class

Most of the dishes we ordered are not made properly. For example, the boy Chou and tofu soup’s soup has no umami, the dry pot cauliflower is not dry at all; the wood ear mushroom salad lacks vinegar.

We had China mama chow mein , their pork buns and crispy frued beef . The buns are fantastic and a very large order . The noodles were a nice taste but a little too oily for me . The crispy beef is different and don't think we would get it again .Service is fast and friendly . Nice atmosphere and comfy seating . Don't go at lunch /dinner hours or you will wait .

This place is the BOMB! I have never had better food in my life. Judy was great.

Every entree was cooked to perfection. So much flavor.
