Chili's Grill - Las Vegas

Food is decent, service is hit or miss depending on who is staffed. Managment and some of the servers will go out of there way to help.

It's your typical big chain dining experience. I'm pretty sure I got a sirloin cut instead of a new York but I wasn't really expecting much.

It's Chili's, corporate tex mex. Food is good. The value is not what it once was. This location is struggling with staffing issues. We had a good waitress but the support staff were awful leaving the waitresses to carry most of the load. It's a post-pandemic issue. If you visit this restaurant, make sure you have a lot of time because the service is slow.

I ordered take out. My food was hot and brought out as soon as I pulled up curbside just before closing . Thanks Chilis

Loved the service. Our waiter was so nice especially to my special needs son. He was attentive and so patient. Love it. Will visit again! Second visit w hubby was excellent as usual.
