I got the steak salad and it was amazing! The service here is incredible and the atmosphere was so appealing.

I went out for a girls' night with friends and was excited for a delicious dinner. Unfortunately, this did not happen.

I met my sister here for her birthday our waitress name was Kiara (hopefully I spelled that right) she was hands down the best.

We were late for our reservation, but Chuck's kindly held the table for us. Tableside Caesar salad was amazing. Our mains were bit of a wait, but before we could complain, our server apologized and they appeared shortly after. Amazing food and portions were well suited. Our steaks were perfectly done! Due to the small delay in our mains, manager sent over a sinful skor Sundae that although we were much too full for, we devoured. Excellent service and kudos to management for staying on top of service.

Western themed steakhouse in Banff. Friendly welcome. Helpful and knowledgeable waiting staff.We had fillet steak and I think it was among the best I've ever had.Ambience was very good and the meal well paced.A really good evening.
