I was told that my eating was accidentally given away to another customer, and that it would be restored, and I would be forced. they were not able to order as the original card that placed it was not with me at the time, and I was then told while my order made new that I would get a $10 gift card for my effort. when I received 20 minutes past promised time my food, I asked if there were anything else they could do to compose the meal. the manager, eva, not in uniform, came up and said: “You have paid for it, they have eaten her, what is the problem?” do they think that is acceptable to customers? I am in order that my order is a little late, but if they promise me a comp or a gift card, wait until I say my order, I am not getting something, I keep this absolutely unacceptable and uprightly deceptive business practice. Moreover, the bad attitude of the manager towards the situation was unacceptable also for someone who should be in a senior role. will not be returned and I do not recommend placing order here. caveat imiser!
The food is always really great, even if the prices are a little high. The only real issue I have is with take out. Every time I order, which isn't often since this happens every time, I order sides of sour cream and guacamole (which are $1+ each) and it is never in the order. If I pick it up I check it, but a few times someone else picked it up. Would it be hard to train the staff to check orders for extras before handing it off?
Manager came behind the server and literally took out half the steak off my taco after it was make and put it back in the bin. Then told me he wanted to charge me extra when I complained .When I got to the checkout they charge me more than the price on the menu saying there was an extra charge for steak which was not apparent when you look at the menu. Completely rude and part of the manager and demeaning to the server in front of the customer.
My family is absolutely done with this location. 2 steak tacos, a salad and steak quesadilla cost $65. The manager placed 3 pieces of steak on a steak taco. My husband asked for meat and said he would pay for it. That he certainly did. Any other location we go to is fair and actually gives you steak with your steak taco! The manager is the problem at this location. Not to mention how rude she is!
Sorry, but, I found the service poor at best. The employees, serving us, we're tatoo'd beyond belief, dressed like street hoods, disconnected to the customers, snippy and the store in general was I'll kept.. won't be returning or recommending. In addition, the food was marginal at best and not cheap for what your actually receiving.
