Viva Salsa - Las Vegas Strip

One of my favorite places to get a quick bite to eat at Boulder station. The entire place is manned by one very sweet woman. Every time I come she's always working so hard. Is the food 5 star fancy quality of course not but forgetting a combo with a drink for around $10 inside one of the casinos you really can't beat it. If you're in the mood for Mexican and staying at Boulder station don't worry give it a shot it's great. I had the tacos El carbon and the tortas myself those are my standards. But I've heard of the customer say that the fish tacos are amazing as well.

Great Mexican fast food, from burritos, tacos, enchiladas, to tortas, the whole enchilada! I tried their fish tacos, carne asada tacos, and carne asada torta, everything was delicious, down to the rice and beans! The only reservation I had was with their red salsa; seemed from a can and not freshly made. A huge gratitude to the lady cook, she was working alone, handling the grill and register, with a long line of customers, and still managed to provide a friendly and timely service!

Closed down, not sure if it's remodeling or going away most likely trying to make people go to the new food court at Boulder station it had decent food at a good price

The best of cook-to-order cocina mexicana. Todo sabroso, and the price is right. Buen Apetito Amigos!
