Starbucks - Las Vegas Strip

E'laise i believe her name is, is an absolute joy everytime i come she is just the sweetest caring person ever! She deserves a raise !!!!

The staff is always friendly and fast. Is clean and inviting

Whoever is the manager here, maybe you shouldn't leave someone who is brand new by themselves. She didn't even know what the Stars Rewards were! I was trying to use my rewards points for my free drink. She first took it off my least expensive drink and I asked her to fix it then she proceeds to charge me for both drinks and says she doesn't know what the Star Rewards are?!! Do better with your training. I ALWAYS come here and never have a problem do this was disappointing.

This one out of many is just like a normal thing. But over the course of a year this exact spot has changed and progressive is the answer. This Starbucks has shown to me the side of the Southwest. The best side. You can be yourself at this coffee shop. Two thumbs up guys and gals.

So overpriced for plain coffee.
